With two massive singles and a top 10 album under their belts, the twelve-legged hit machine that is Alphabeat have announced their biggest UK tour to date. Kicking off in October, the band will visit 17 cities across the UK, bringing their irrepressible wonky pop party to Newcastle University Union Society on Tuesday 21st October.
Since leaving their native Denmark for these shores last Autumn, Alphabeat have won over the most hardened cynics with their passionate and energetic live performances. Their singles 'Fascination' and '10,000 Nights' have become fixtures on the airwaves and in the charts, and their debut album This Is Alphabeat had critics searching for superlatives to describe its thoroughbred pop magic.
